Music also has the power to reduce stress and anxiety as it has a direct link to our emotions. Music has both mental and physical health benefits. Listening to music helps in improving the body’s immune system that in turn reduces stress.

People who listen to relaxing music have been known to portray less distress. Studies made have shown that when one is listening to relaxing music, the brain responds to the music in specific ways.

Healthy Stretches.

Healthy stretches are also an effective way to reduce stress. The restriction to blood flow to the body muscles causes’ stress. The secret to restoration of blood flow is through stretching the neck, shoulders and also the lower back. Some of the healthy exercises include;
